The People Services department is a dynamic operations team with a purpose to provide best in class advisory support & HR solutions to our employees by ensuring efficient process completion at all stages of the employee lifecycle, while adhering to our principles of customer-centricity. People Services teams work closely with People & Culture, Legal, Digital Services, CoE Business Partners, Workplace Experience, Purchases & Invoice, Payroll Partners and People Services front line teams in local countries and regions.
Reporting to the People Services Manager International Permanent Moves, you will act as a key point of contact for employees within your scope, guiding them through their international mobility journey in alignment with Sanofi's International Permanent Resident policy and related guidelines. In this role, you will provide expert support across a wide range of topics, including relocation services, immigration, international mobility packages and corporate policy application.

Main responsibilities
End-to-End IPM Coordination – Manage the complete international permanent move process across defined geographies, acting as project manager and ensuring compliance with Sanofi's International Permanent Moves policy and Global Operating Model
Stakeholder Management – Actively pilot relationships with employees, People & Culture, People Services teams in home and host countries, global relocation and tax support vendors, and company legal representatives
Case Management & Documentation – Monitor, track and document the full lifecycle of each international permanent move case in AssignmentPro, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records and data quality at every stage
Issue Resolution & Escalation – Identify, address and escalate operational issues/gaps to ensure timely and effective resolution, while staying up-to-date with regional regulations and compliance requirements
Employee Support & Experience – Provide Level 2 support and manage direct employee queries in ServiceNow, maintaining a strong focus on delivering a supportive, positive and compliant employee experience throughout the move
Project Contribution & Continuous Improvement – Take part in IPM-related projects, support continuous improvement initiatives, analyze root causes of process issues, and propose improvement actions
Knowledge Transfer & Collaboration – Support process transitions by collaborating closely with local colleagues, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, and actively participating in operational working sessions
Audit & Compliance Support – Support audit requests by providing accurate documentation and insight, ensuring adherence to all related sub-processes and regulatory requirements
About you
Experience:
- Graduate or Master's degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience
- First hands-on experience in an HR Services role, preferably in an international multicultural environment
Skills:
- Broad understanding of HR processes
- Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR) and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving, deductive and analytical skills, with a willingness to learn and develop further
- Experience or exposure to global mobility management
- Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems, e.g. Workday & ServiceNow , AssignmentPro
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced level proficiency in Excel (essential)
- Self-motivated & result-driven, with strong ambition and commitment to delivering high quality services
- Strong customer centricity & ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HR front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
- Organized and structured to efficiently manage priorities and workflow
Education:
- Graduate or Master's degree in HR, business administration or equivalent experience
Language:
- Strong English language knowledge (min. B2-C1) is a must
- Knowledge of other European languages is welcome

The salary range for this position is :Ft7 603 200,00 - Ft10 137 600Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
