For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- +6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Academic or professional background in Economics, Finance, Market Data, or Risk Management is required to support financial domain analysis within IT consulting engagements.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is required to query and interpret data in support of business and functional analysis tasks.
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach combined with strong analytical skills is essential for producing accurate business requirements and functional documentation.
- Excellent communication skills are required to clearly convey complex business and technical information to both client stakeholders and project teams.
- Strong organizational abilities are needed to manage multiple workstreams, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously across consulting engagements.
- A customer-oriented mindset is expected to ensure that solutions and recommendations remain aligned with client business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- French language skills, a B2 level or above is a plus
- Availability for Hybrid model (based in Porto)
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
