Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
- Assist in documenting application design and configuration details to support maintenance and future enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Experience with configuring and customizing SAP modules to align with business processes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Document and Reporting Compliance applications.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
