Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position involves active communication with various stakeholders to manage their expectations, address any arising issues, and ensure successful outcomes. The role demands a proactive approach to coordinating multiple activities and maintaining a clear focus on achieving the desired business results through effective program or project management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts to ensure seamless integration of project components and timely delivery.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and change control processes.
- Experience in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Skilled in coordinating multiple workstreams to achieve program objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Transition.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
