Your Role

As an SAP MDG Manager, you will lead consulting engagements, advise senior stakeholders, and drive the successful delivery of enterprise data transformation programmes.

You will:

• Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementation, rollout, and optimisation projects.
• Own solution strategy, delivery quality, project governance, and client satisfaction.
• Advise business leaders on master data strategy, governance frameworks, and digital transformation.
• Design scalable SAP MDG solutions across:
• Business Partner.
• Customer and Vendor Master Data.
• Material Master Data.
• Financial Master Data.
• Custom MDG objects.
• Drive innovation through:
• SAP Business AI for intelligent data quality management and decision support.
• AI-powered data classification, enrichment, and validation.
• Machine learning approaches for duplicate detection and data anomaly management.
• Intelligent automation of governance workflows and approval processes.
• SAP BTP-based extensions and data intelligence solutions.
• Lead workshops, executive presentations, roadmap discussions, and transformation assessments.
• Support business development activities including proposals, account growth, and pre-sales.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to the growth of the SAP MDG capability.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in SAP MDG consulting with a strong delivery track record.
• Proven experience leading SAP MDG implementation or transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data governance, data quality, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience managing teams, projects, and senior client stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG domains such as Business Partner, Material, Customer/Vendor, Finance, or custom objects.
• Experience with workflows, validations, replication frameworks, and SAP architecture concepts.
• Consulting experience with a commercial mindset and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, automation, or AI-enabled data solutions is highly advantageous.
• Fluent German and English.
