Description
Primary Duties:
Manage planning functions for continued on time delivery above 95%
Make Weekly Production schedule to Facilitate smooth Production Flow
Develop processes and procedures under guidance of Production Manager that support the organizational goals
Maintain all planning functions within the ERP system to Support Production
Ensure manufacturing plans are created to meet sales goals
Committing ship dates to Sales using different resources in ERP
Timely communication with Sales
Manage expedite requests from Sales and Customer service
Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, QA, material handling and production
Accountable for holding daily backlog meeting
Review customer project schedules in Wrike and ensure milestones are met
Qualifications and Experience:
Must have excellent organization skills to achieve multiple requirements and Delivery dates
Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and MRP process
Must have the ability to understand technical documents like drawings.
Must be Customer focused, understanding and adding value to both internal and external Customer relationships.
Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to deliver results that are consistent with organizational needs.
Capable of communicating effectively at all organizational levels using a variety of media. Listen effectively and draw information from others.
Initiative - Demonstrates a proactive approach to improvement. Identifies opportunities, investigates them and acts without prompting.
Problem Solving -Demonstrates the ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternative solutions and implement them quickly and effectively.
