Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill parts requests on repair orders (handling $30K-50K in sales).
- Provide quotes for technicians and service advisors.
- Collaborate with the parts manager to locate non-stocked items.
- Process special order part requests for both customers and service personnel.
- Communicate with customers on the status of parts orders.
- Handle cashiering duties.
- Perform weekly inventory counts.
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks.
