Location: Madrid Tres Cantos, Spain

Sales Manager will:

• Be responsible for reaching business objectives on his/her perimeter in terms of OI/GMOI/portfolio/region
• Develop and maintain intimacy with key stakeholders
• Have customer perspective: Understanding their motivations, pains and gains, ensuring that the best solution for the customer is proposed in every occasion
• Lead capture team when opportunities materialize in solicitations
• Feed the CRM system with the information that allows proper resource planning at company level (proposal foreseen dates, OI forecast)
• Prepare the necessary bid material for gates
• Have a mindset for continuous improvement and agility, propose new ideas to simplify or reduce the duration of usual tasks
• Have a flexible approach in order to perform bid managers role when needed

Training and Education:

Engineering with background space industry 

Experience:

• Experience in space sector
• Experience in dealing with customers
• Experience in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Experience in CRM would be appreciated
• Experience in Python programming would be appreciated
• Experience in PowerBI and AI tools appreciated

Languages:

• English essential, French would be a plus.
