(Senior) Product Data Analyst

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to deliver insights from energy modelling and other complex datasets
- Work with a cross-functional team of highly skilled software engineers, modelers, and research analysts in continuous product delivery
- Gather client feedback, support to answer client questions, and help them get the most value from our software and services
- Test our products to ensure we deliver high quality and robust software to our clients
- Become a subject matter expert for the product you work with, in areas such as energy modelling, renewables and batteries
- Work with the Product Manager to maintain and update a prioritized product backlog using structured product management methodologies
- Assist the Product Manager in creating a product roadmap
- Measure, analyze, and report on key product metrics such as adoption, engagement, and retention
- Project manage the new feature delivery, write product requirements
- Collaborate with other Product Analysts and Managers to share best practices and expand the culture of Product Management
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading university and evidence of strong academic performance in a quantitative subject
- Experience with at least one programming language, e.g. Python, R, etc.
- The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex quantitative data and information
- Strong interest in energy and power markets
- Evidence of strong performance in team-oriented environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style for technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter with strong ownership: take initiative, stay on top of priorities without prompting, and consistently deliver on deadlines
