- Building local After Sales strategy.
- Development of the local Service networking including service dealers.
- Development and implementation of ESW.
- Contract person to factory in ESW.
- Parts sales to customers and service network.
- Workshop and field service operations -own operations and service dealers.
- Warranty handling to customers.
- Service agreements sales.
- Technical support to customers.
- After Sales marketing focus locally.
- Reman operations in case of RHI.
- Safety in After Sales operations.
- Key customer co-operation together with Sales.
- Co-operation, support and communication with stakeholders.
- Representing country operations in area/factory After Sales forums
