Are you passionate about marketing, media, and digital innovation? Join our Continence Care team and gain hands-on experience supporting media and digital initiatives for one of our leading brands.
About the Role
As a Media & Digital Intern, you will work closely with experienced marketing professionals, agencies, and cross-functional teams to support the execution, monitoring, and analysis of media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This is a unique opportunity to learn about media planning, campaign performance, SEO, content development, brand building, and consumer engagement while contributing to real business projects.
You will develop valuable skills in media and digital marketing, gain exposure to the end-to-end campaign process, and collaborate on initiatives that help strengthen our brands and connect with consumers in meaningful ways.

What You Will Do
Assist in the execution and follow-up of media activities across traditional and digital channels, supporting awareness, consideration, and trial objectives.
Support the implementation and tracking of the media mix plan for the Continence Care (TENA) brand.
Assist in monitoring media KPIs and compiling campaign performance reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to support media and marketing initiatives.
Support the media planning process through coordination of materials, timelines, and meeting follow-ups.
Assist in gathering consumer, market, and competitive insights to identify potential opportunities across media touchpoints.
Learn about emerging media trends, tools, and innovations, and share relevant findings with the team.
Who You Are
A current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in both digital and traditional media.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive, curious, and willing to take initiative while learning from experienced professionals.
Analytical and comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative team player who enjoys working with different stakeholders and functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred.
