Within the Global Team, you are the global equity & comms manager! You report to the global equity & comms director.

 

You will be responsible for :

 

• Leading or coleading global communication projects from strategy to execution including learning plan, according to scale: new brand communication campaigns, PR & influence content activations 

• Leading development of global guideline & toolkits on communication & activation topics: comms, influence,  pr & culture, shopper 

• Contributing to the global yearly communication process establishing the comms frame & leading to the global activation plan  

• Coordinating a wide cercle of agency partners on a weekly basis or adhoc: communication, pr & culture, shopper, influence, media & activation agencies.  

• Collaborating with cross-functional expert teams to achieve brand project objectives: global PR & culture, ICP, SIA, Food law, Media, Shopper, Sponsoring.  

• Supporting countries with adhoc or piloting projects  

• Managing an apprentice staying on a yearly basis

About You

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered: 

• Master’s degree (business school or equivalent), with at least 4 years of experience in marketing roles post-graduation, 

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is a mandatory 

• Strong marketing fundamentals, both in brand sensitivity & business understanding  

• Passionate about brands, creativity & design with a crafter mindset & very high attention to detail in execution 

• Strong ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams , drive progress & make it happen spirit 

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders  

• Organized, Rigorous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills 

• Agile, open-minded, & eager to step out of your comfort zone to adopt new ways of working 

• Autonomous in managing your scope and proactive with your manager 

• A true team player, valuing collaboration and a supportive team environment 

• Initial management experience, with a desire to develop and coach your assistant product manager
