- Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation; comfortable providing care in home settings.
- Highly independent, with excellent communication skills (particularly with Russian-speaking patients), compassion, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatments within the PA scope of practice.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease management.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters.
