The Impact You'll Make

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our digital marketing ecosystem. You will work across marketing automation, websites, customer engagement channels, analytics, and eCommerce platforms to ensure a seamless digital experience and support business growth. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Manage digital marketing platforms, including email marketing, WhatsApp, marketing automation, websites, landing pages, and eCommerce.

• Build and optimize automated customer journeys and lead nurturing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua.

• Monitor website performance, analytics, tracking tools, and digital campaign metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

• Support website maintenance, SEO initiatives, and platform integrations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues and continuously improve digital processes.

Your Skills and Expertise  

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience within marketing and/or digital marketing roles.

• Advanced English level

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Oracle Eloqua preferred).

• Knowledge of email marketing, customer journeys, CMS, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, and tracking tools.

• Experience managing digital marketing platforms and website content.

• Experience with WhatsApp Business, Salesforce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and eCommerce platforms.

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

• Experience with APIs and platform integrations.

• Portuguese is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Curiosity and passion for digital technologies.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Location: Colombia (Hybrid)

Travel: Up to 20%
