Description
As a Receptionist, you will operate a telephone console, receive visitors, and perform limited clerical duties as assigned.
In this role you will:
Answer all incoming calls, determine caller needs, and transfer as appropriate
Greet customers and visitors, and notify employees as appropriate
Perform general clerical work including simple typing, alphabetizing, filing, mail preparations, and document matching
What you bring to the table:
High school diploma or GED
Shift and Hours: Monday- Friday; 7 am to 4 pm.
Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is $17.50 per hour.
