Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a face paced environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in providing top notch customer service to all of our members. We work hand in hand with working class families in New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York providing the two most valuable things a family needs for their futures - protection and peace of mind. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionallyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client requestsMeeting and presenting to our clients over zoom to educate them about our products and servicesConstantly learning and expanding skill sets Have a strong work ethic and desire to grow  Requirements This is a remote position-must have a laptop and a good Wi-Fi connectionStrong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per dayExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyNo previous experience needed
