Lead Infrastructure & Streaming Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-level Infrastructure Architect to design and maintain a global, high-concurrency media delivery network. You will be the master of "bare-metal" performance, video transcoding pipelines, and network resilience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure: Full oversight of a bare-metal fleet (~40 servers, Linux/Windows). Kernel tuning ($sysctl$) for 10Gbps+ networking and storage optimization (MergerFS).

• Video Engineering: Architecting FFmpeg pipelines (NVENC/GPU acceleration) for H.264/H.265. Managing Nimble, StreaMMaster, and Emby clusters.

• Network Resilience: Designing multi-tier proxy architectures and automated IP rotation to bypass ISP throttling and network interference.

• DevOps: Managing containerization (Docker) and implementing "one-click" deployment scripts for rapid service migration.

Required Experience & Expertise:

• Streaming Mastery: 5+ years in high-concurrency delivery with the ability to instantly diagnose and fix peering bottlenecks or ISP throttling.

• Anti-Interference: Proven experience in IP rotation and reverse-proxy tunneling to prevent platform discovery by automated scanning tools.

• OpSec Awareness: Ability to operate with high-level discretion and maintain total anonymity of the infrastructure. Understanding of origin-shielding is crucial.

Technical Stack:

• OS: Linux Expert (Ubuntu/Debian), Windows Server.

• Streaming: FFmpeg, SRT, HLS, MPEG-TS, Nimble, Emby.

• Networking/Sec: Nginx, HAProxy, WireGuard, Stunnel, CloudFlare.
