Overview
The Real Estate Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, external consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires focus on problem solving and finding solutions in complexity, while leading several projects in a large tenant portfolio, maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. You'll oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex real estate projects, including lab and office buildouts, relocations, renovations and leasehold improvements. The position requires 8-15+ years of experience managing complex office & lab project fit outs in a corporate environment, with strong knowledge of construction project management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and multi-project implementation.
