What You’ll Bring
- Practical experience applying servant‑leadership within Agile delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, practices and frameworks, particularly Scrum
- Excellent facilitation, communication and organisational skills
- An advanced Scrum Master certification such as PSM II or III, or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
- Experience in Agile Coaching, or relevant qualifications such as ICP‑ATF, ICP‑ACC or ICE‑AC
We know that not everyone will meet every requirement. If this role excites you and you feel you can make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
