Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Scrum Master Senior to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Transaction Processing team and help shape the future of global commerce

What you’ll own

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Educate and coach the team to use standard "ways of working" fostering understanding and consistency in team practices
• Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote and implement Agile best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance team productivity and quality.
  

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience in agile principles.
• Expert level knowledge of Agile development principles
• Proven recent experience with agile collaboration tools such as Rally, Miro, Teams
• Prerequisite- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required; Advanced certifications (e.g., CSP-SM, PSM II) preferred.
• Be an active team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Strong mediation and negotiation skills
• Skill in organization, communications, problem-solving and people skills
• Familiar with data-driven coaching and use of metric to drive improvements.
