The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.
At the GDC, you will:
- Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.
- Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.

- Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support ERM's global delivery by leading Agile practices, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic technology and business initiatives. You will work within ERM’s Digital and Technology teams, partnering with global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to drive efficient project execution, foster collaboration, and deliver business value. This role is critical to improving delivery predictability, enhancing team productivity, and supporting scalable Agile ways of working across the organization while maintaining high standards of quality and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:
- Scrum Master Experience — 5+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role.
- Agile Certifications — Professional certification such as CSM, PSM II/III, CSP‑SM, or equivalent.
- Scaled Agile Experience — Demonstrated experience working within SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or other scaled frameworks.
- Technical & Delivery Acumen — Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and modern engineering approaches.
- Facilitation & Coaching Skills — Proven ability to coach teams and leaders, resolve conflict, and guide groups toward consensus.
- Data‑Driven Mindset — Ability to interpret delivery metrics and use insights to improve team performance.
- Communication & Influence — Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience leading multiple teams simultaneously in a complex, multi‑product environment.
- Background in product development, engineering, or business analysis.
- Exposure to Lean, Kanban, XP, or other Agile delivery methods.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tooling.
