Process Engineer

## What you’ll do:

• Solve fuse manufacturing process issue, push lean manufacturing and Continual Improvement.
• Create and maintenance technical documents according to the development procedure, such as PVP&R,WI, PFMEA, JSA, routing, working time both for offline documents and SAP system data.
• Operator training for working instruction, JSA, etc.
• Fixture design, management and maintenance. Mantenance data analysis and rule setting for fixture mantenance.Initial manufacturing process design, including each process step and whole routing layout, critical process control, labor hour definition, calculation of BOM material consumption & etc.
• Problem solving for manufacturing, need to be familiar with problem solving tools such as 5W1h, fishbone diagram, PDCA & etc., have basic sense on 6 sigma knowledge such as standard deviation, CPK & etc.
• Standard manufacturing process and verify production line capacity.Contribute high quality manufacturing capacity to plant, cooperation with mould engineer, auto-line engineer and other function team members.
• Design fixture or simple mould with 3D software and convert to 2D, solidworks is preferred, and communicate with supplier for mould production and verification.
• Support for new product samples building and introduce work
• New product samples building support, quick tools development for protype building such as fixture design, initial process define, initial cost estimate.
• Join local or global new product introduce process and act as manufactuing engineer, support to provide all necessary documents for manufacturing.
• New product part number SAP system data maintenance, such as routing data setting, material BOM quantity.
• Achieving ELSS yearly cost out target.
• Achieving Monthly Kaizen target.
• Leading production line improve project for efficiency, quality, cost out, decrease scrap.
• Maintain and optimize production line/plant layout and process.
• Other work leader assign.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree above, major in industry engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering or related to engineering;
• Above 5 years’ experience over manufacturing engineering as process engineer or industrial engineer in MNC;
• Good English in both verbal and written;
• Cad knowledge (AutoCAD, Solid works);
• Cad 知识（AutoCAD、Solid works）
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with other departments according to deadlines and under pressure filled conditions is essential;
