Overview
As a Finance Business Partner for Servicing, you'll be a strategic partner to senior stakeholders in Customer Support, Financial Crime, and KYC teams. You'll lead the planning process for Servicing, improve forecasting of headcount and operating costs, and design scalable financial frameworks. Your responsibilities include identifying risks and opportunities, performing variance analysis, and communicating financial results to leadership. You'll need proven experience as a trusted advisor, expertise in complex financial modeling (preferably with Anaplan), and experience in headcount planning and capacity modeling. Professional finance qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) are required.
