Overview
As a Maintenance Level 1 Technician, you'll perform daily maintenance tasks required to turn units, complete work orders, and conduct monthly preventative maintenance. You'll demonstrate working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpet repair, drywall repair, carpentry, glass repair, appliances, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and concrete/tile work. The role involves supervising maintenance assistants, ensuring vendor performance, verifying room readiness, and accepting on-call responsibilities for tenant emergencies. You'll need to maintain OSHA compliance and have appropriate tools for daily tasks.
