Marsh Turkey is looking for a "New Graduate" for our Risk Management Department based in the Istanbul & Ankara office! We are seeking high-potential new graduates for a 1 year opportunity!

What can you expect?

Management Trainee programme is aimed at recent graduates interested in starting their commercial careers in insurance brokerage and strategic risk consulting.

Technical training sessions will alternate with on-the-job training, with support from a Buddy / Mentor, along with active involvement from senior specialist colleagues throughout the professional growth journey.

We count on you to:

• Support the goal of growth of Marsh Business through activities such as new business development and analysis of local markets, including:

• Developing business with new clients: market research, and cold calling (initial phone contact) to potential prospects to develop effective sales proposals;

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, serving as the contact for their daily needs;

• Understanding and supporting the changing conditions of the insurance market and risk management;

• Ensuring compliance with company protocols and local regulatory requirements;

• Understanding clients’ risk exposure and supporting senior colleagues in advising on insurance strategies and managing client portfolios.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree 2026 in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences and International Business or a related field

• Max 1.5 years of work experience is preferred

• Interest in building a career in insurance sector / brokerage

• Ability to work 5 days a week

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Knowledge of MS Office Tools
