The Importance of the Role
As Senior Associate, International Supply Chain, you will play a key role in enabling Sarepta’s therapies to reach patients globally. This position supports the planning and execution of international supply chain activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with global distribution strategies. You will manage day-to-day operational processes while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability across international markets.The Opportunity to Make a Difference
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate international supply chain activities for commercial programs, ensuring timely and compliant product movement.
- Support global distribution planning, including inventory management, import/export documentation, and trade compliance.
- Partner with Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, and external partners to resolve operational issues and maintain continuity of supply.
- Assist in scenario planning and risk mitigation for international supply challenges.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements that strengthen global supply chain capabilities.
- Provide accurate data and reporting to inform decision-making and support cross-functional alignment.
More about You
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and values collaboration. You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred with 2-4 years of related experience).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across functions and cultures.
- Experience in international supply chain operations within biopharma or a highly regulated industry.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, trade compliance, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
