Project Manager Business Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Project Manager Business Consultant, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to deliver expertise and leadership on client projects within the banking sector. You will support the Head of Fraud & Investigations in implementing change and bringing vision, focusing on fraud prevention, organizational change, and stakeholder alignment. All responsibilities are carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of new model rollout: scope, planning, monitoring, and risk management.
• Proven experience in change initiatives within banking (process optimization, system integrations, compliance projects) is essential.
• Gatekeeper role: Ensuring strategic execution and prioritization.
• Fraud knowledge: Experience in transaction monitoring, case management, typologies, and predictive monitoring (AI/ML, SAS, SQL, fraud detection tools).
• Business analytics: Experience in root cause analyses.
• Advisory to Senior Management: Tracking KPIs, reporting and course correction.
• Regulatory insight: Familiarity with PSR (Payment Services Regulation), Belgian Economic Law, AML, and PSD2.
• Leadership skills: Coaching teams through change.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partnering with IT, Risk, Compliance, and other tribes.
• Communication: Tailored messaging for all levels (operational to C-suite).

Profile:

• 8–10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in financial services/banking.
• Implementation track record: Successful delivery of operational models or process transformations.
• Leadership skills: Experience driving team adoption.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French plus English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-have:

• Certification: ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners).
• Knowledge of banking systems (core banking, fraud detection platforms).
