Strategy & Consulting | EPM Functional Consultant – CFO & Enterprise Value

About the Role

We are looking for an EPM Functional Consultant to join our CFO & Enterprise Value practice. The role focuses on Finance Transformation initiatives across Financial Close & Consolidation, Management Reporting, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), helping clients improve finance processes and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize Finance processes, including Financial Close, Consolidation, Reporting, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional solution designs.
• Support EPM implementation projects from design through deployment.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, training materials, and user documentation.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver successful transformation programs.  Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to Finance transformation initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, EPM Consulting, Financial Close & Consolidation, FP&A, or related Finance functions.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Experience participating in business process improvement or system implementation initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EPM platforms such as SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning), Oracle FCCS, OneStream, or Anaplan.
• Exposure to Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting, and Performance Management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to support analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with senior Finance stakeholders in transformation programs.

Ideal Profile: Functional consultant with solid Finance process knowledge and experience supporting EPM-enabled transformation initiatives, capable of bridging business requirements and technology solutions.
