Our goal is to help Americans find convenient and affordable healthcare. We offer solutions for consumers, employers, health plans, and anyone else who shares our desire to provide affordable prescriptions to all Americans.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Vice President, Corporate Development, to help define and accelerate GoodRx’s long-term growth strategy. Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Operating Officer, this individual contributor role will work closely with the executive team and senior leaders across the company to shape and monitor enterprise priorities, facilitate executive and board level operations, support corporate development opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives that create long-term value.

This role requires a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative leader with a proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, tell complicated stories simply, and influence at all levels across the organization. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of relevant experience across corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business operations, and/or corporate development, with a strong preference for candidates who have 5+ years of M&A experience in investment banking.

We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success making a measurable impact in a corporate strategy or related strategic leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of developing, evaluating, and operationalizing enterprise-level strategies in partnership with executive and cross-functional leaders.
  • Support corporate development activities, including evaluating potential acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and other inorganic growth opportunities.
  • Partner with senior executives to ensure strategic alignment across business units, functions, and priority initiatives.
  • Develop executive, board, and investor materials that communicate complex strategic and financial concepts in a clear, compelling, and actionable way.
  • Lead high-impact strategic projects from problem definition through analysis, recommendation, executive alignment, and implementation planning.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level, VP, and SVP stakeholders and influence decisions through strong analytical rigor, business judgment, and communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of related experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business operations, corporate development, or a related strategic function.
  • Strong preference for candidates with 5+ years of M&A experience in investment banking.
  • Experience working in a corporate strategy role and/or at a management consulting firm, with exposure to strategic planning, M&A, organizational alignment, and executive-level decision support.
  • Experience in digital health, pharmacy, PBM, healthcare technology, or related industries.
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to evaluate business models, market opportunities, investment cases, and value creation levers.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and develop clear recommendations.
  • Eloquent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make a complicated story compelling and simple.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and AI tools.
  • Inquisitive self-starter who is comfortable being hands-on and adapting to changing priorities.
