Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

China Hong KongJob Responsibilities:
• Support the Corporate Marketing team and Corporate Marketing Head to manage the Global Markets activities/ transactions for a portfolio of WBG clients, in particular the execution of marketing plans and the delivery of a hard-dollar budget.
• Make marketing calls (as per objective setting) and to follow up on all necessary actions.
• Advise/ guide/ partner with Relationship Managers in all T&M marketing related matters, i.e. Credit, Legal & Compliance, Operations, etc. proactively.
• Conduct marketing related surveys for market intelligence purposes.
• Provide feedback from clients for purposes of improving and sustaining good to excellent service level.
• Participate and implement in Global Markets related projects/ business plans as required.
• Build and maintain accurate MIS for business analysis purposes.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finances or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in marketing of treasury structured products for wholesale banking or global markets field.
• Solid marketing experience at day to day client facing level.
• Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC in Dealing in Securities & Advising in Securities.
• Holder of Certified Treasury Management Professional (CTMP) under the HKMA ECF on TM is preferred.
• Good knowledge in treasury structured products, sales procedure and compliance requirements.
• Good knowledge in credit risk and fundamental market risk.
