What You’ll Be Doing

Your purpose is to provide industry‑leading customer service by managing after‑sales enquiries accurately, professionally, and with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Investigate, advise on, and resolve after‑sales queries and delivery‑related issues

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring every query is managed through to resolution

  • Own and progress all cases within agreed service levels

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and delegation of authority when handling delivery situations

  • Improve efficiencies in query handling and deliveries, helping reduce credit notes and minimise losses

  • Highlight root‑cause issues and support the business in addressing them

  • Promote the use of TD SYNNEX’s e‑Business customer service tools

  • Support colleagues, contribute to shared goals, and maintain a strong team ethic

  • Uphold TD SYNNEX values in all actions and decisions

  • Support with additional duties as required

Above all, you’ll act as an advocate for the customer, ensuring their experience is smooth, supportive, and solutions‑focused.

What You’ll Bring

  • Prior experience in business or customer service environments

  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

  • Customer‑first mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills

  • Clear, confident communication (Verbal and Written)

  • Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities

  • Proven experience working effectively in a team

  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word (SAP R3 experience is desirable)

  • A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn
