RETAIL MARKETING INTERN

Are you an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master Student with an affinity in Marketing and looking for an internship at CHANEL?  We are looking for an intern to be part of the Retail Marketing department.

In the position of Retail Marketing Intern, you will assist the Omnichannel Client Experience Manager Benelux with the creation, organization and implementation of strong animation plans for our retail stores (boutiques & concessions) to deliver the ultimate luxury experience for our clients.

What Impact You Can Create at CHANEL:

• Creative completion of animations, events and window decorations, taking into account company image and guidelines and in line with commercial expectations.
• Assist in the development of consistent brand experiences at all retail stores and elevate the house as the ultimate luxury fragrance and beauty brand. 
• Brief vendors and ensure an excellent execution, in line with the image of the brand.
• Align on a regular basis with the CRM/Digital team in order to develop a full on and offline customer journey touching all levels of clients.  Always search for possibilities to recruit new customers.
• Support the Retail Marketing department with day-to-day and ad-hoc activities.

Position Requirements:

• A 3rd/4th year Bachelor or Master student looking for an internship of at least 6 months.
• You are a self-starter with high energy level.  A creative, analytic, positive, and solution-oriented person.
• An excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
• You have a high-level knowledge of Office 365 programs.
• Fulltime available and living in or around Brussels.  Willing to travel within the Benelux.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French would be an advantage.
