## About this Role

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to head the Robotics Programme within the Technology function at VOIS. Based in Pune, this role is responsible for leading a global team to maintain and enhance robotic solutions across local markets and group functions. The individual will operate within an ITIL framework and adhere to VOIS IQMS standards, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder engagement.

## What you’ll do

• Lead the Robotics Capabilities team to support and evolve robotic solutions across geographies.
• Define team objectives, KPIs, and development plans to build advanced cognitive capabilities.
• Establish governance frameworks and manage stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership and customers.
• Oversee programme delivery, manage risks, and make informed decisions to ensure quality outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration across programme functions to maintain effective delivery and communication.
• Operate within an ITIL-based environment, preferably across multiple geolocations and virtual teams.

## Who you are

• Holder of a graduation degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Demonstrate broad awareness of technology trends and applications.
• Experienced in managing teams across multiple geographies.
• Minimum 8 years in IT operations, with at least 4 years in robotics technologies.
• Proficient in handling network complexities and scripting in three or more languages.
• ITIL certified with excellent presentation and reporting capabilities.
