SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES - Identify manufacturer spare parts using business tools and produce quotations based on requests from internal and external stakeholders (sales teams, customers, etc.) and, if necessary, take part in follow-ups on current offers - Place orders and monitor spare parts supplies (lead times, delivery, etc.) - Monitor and control the provisional schedule for the receipt and return of parts and materials (return of parts, offsets, parts under warranty) and report any incidents - Prepare and follow up administrative files for shipping orders (delivery notes, package markings, customs invoices, etc.) - Alert internal and external stakeholders in the event of non-receipt of goods - Forward the administrative file to the billing teams for closure and/or invoicing - Participate in activity monitoring (files in progress, closed and invoiced, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Participate in sales development by managing and tracking orders - Know and apply the regulations governing your activity (customs, international regulations, etc.) - Ensure that the pricing strategy defined by line management is applied - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) 2 years' higher education in a technical field and/or significant experience preferred SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s) - General product knowledge - General administrative knowledge - General knowledge of sales administration - General knowledge of business tools and information systems - Advanced intermediate knowledge of English (B2) Behavioral skill(s) - Good interpersonal skills - Thoroughness - Team spirit - ResponsivenessSkills
