ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager for a luxury hotel in Philadelphia. This is a senior leadership role for a hospitality professional who brings a passion for flawless service, an uncompromising work ethic, and the commercial acumen to run a high-volume, fine-dining operation at the highest level.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to consistently deliver an exceptional fine-dining experience
• Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating preferences and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
• Oversee financial performance, including cost control, budgeting, and accountability across all areas
• Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and service-led culture
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine programmes to support service and upselling
• Ensure all administrative and operational standards are upheld across the restaurant

 

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume, high-end establishment
• Deep proficiency across all aspects of fine dining service and beverage programmes
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record in guest satisfaction and cost control
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach
• A team-first leadership style that motivates and develops those around you
• Valid US work authorization required
