Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in steering the project towards success by coordinating efforts and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure all team members are informed and engaged in the project process.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
