Review code and identify opportunities for quality and performance improvements.
• Drive team-level planning and execution, break down requirements into actionable work, maintain team velocity, manage project milestones, and surface risks and blockers before they require escalation.
• Collaborate across disciplines with UX designers, product managers, and QA to deliver a best-in-class Apple platform experience. Ensure team priorities remain coordinated with adjacent teams and organizational timelines.
• Advocate for Apple platform engineering standards and best practices across teams. Proactively identify process improvements and align team work with org OKRs.

• 2+ years of direct people management or technical team leadership experience.
• Experience leading an engineering team, including delegating responsibility and balancing competing priorities.

• Experience partnering with stakeholders in Product and Design to curate a roadmap that meets the needs of the business while ensuring the ongoing health of your teams
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, able to discuss technical topics clearly and engage in productive technical discussions.
• High emotional intelligence, experience maintaining composure under high-pressure situations and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong project management skills, seeing projects through from inception to completion.

• Bachelor’s degree or better in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent job experience.
