Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Specialist (English Speaker), where you will play a vital role in supporting logistics operations by ensuring efficient shipment management, investigating operational issues, reviewing logistics cases, and providing timely resolutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or operations is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of information accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays (if required).
Responsibilities
- Review and process logistics-related cases in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Investigate shipment issues, service requests, and operational discrepancies to identify root causes and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Verify shipment information, delivery records, and supporting documentation to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor logistics workflows and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics, transportation, and fulfillment-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of case activities, investigations, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify trends and recurring issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other logistics and operational support duties as assigned.
