Multiple Permanent Full-Time Roles | Blacktown & Olympic Park | Hiring ASAP
We are currently partnering with two growing organisation to recruit experienced Accounts Payable Officers across multiple permanent, full-time positions based in Blacktown and Olympic Park.
These roles suit proven AP professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, take pride in accuracy, and enjoy being a key part of the finance function. There are two distinct opportunities available, catering to different strengths within AP.
The Opportunities
Role 1 – High-Volume Accounts Payable
- End-to-end, high-volume invoice processing
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Managing supplier queries and reconciliations
- Supporting month-end processes
- Ideal for candidates who enjoy structure, pace, and volume
Role 2 – Standalone Accounts Payable (Build & Own the Function)
- End-to-end ownership of the AP function
- Opportunity to build, improve, and organise AP processes
- Manage your own workflow and priorities
- Act as the go-to person for AP within the business
- Perfect for someone confident, autonomous, and process-driven
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Payable Officer
- Standalone AP experience highly regarded (for the standalone role)
- Exceptional attention to detail across both positions
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and willingness to grow with the business
