We are hiring an experienced family attorney who can hit the ground running and assist clients inside and outside the courtroom. We are a client's goal-focused firm. Responsibilities: • Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases • Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action • Keep client files properly organized and up to date • Handle the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings as needed Qualifications: • Great negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations
