YOUR MISSION
•Own and continuously evolve the overall look & feel of eCommerce on-model and pack shot productions
•Ensure brand consistency and adherence to PUMA's visual and style guidelines
•Lead, mentor, and develop Art Directors and on-set teams
•Act as the final decision-maker for creative quality and image selection
•Serve as the key interface between the local studio and the Global Photography Team
•Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture on set
•Maintain and further develop style guides, visual standards, and creative documentation
•Proactively drive innovation and enhancements to PUMA's visual language, including the use of AI-supported creative workflows
•Collaborate closely with Styling, Photography, Post-Production, and cross-functional stakeholders
•Ensure efficient, high-quality production standards across all content creation activities
YOUR TALENT
•8+ years of experience in fashion or eCommerce art direction
•Strong leadership and mentoring skills
•Expertise in photography, styling, and visual storytelling
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
•Understanding of AI tools and their application within eCom related workflows
•Experience working with global brand and style guidelines
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to build positive, motivated, and collaborative teams
