housed in the Shared Services team who is responsible for supporting the training and
development function with critical support, including Digital Training, Learning Operations,
and Learning Design.
Job Description:
Examples of duties and responsibilities:
• Execute day-to-day tasks for the training and development function including scheduling, resourcing and support management. Design, produce and deploy key department communication
• Partner with the Talent Organization to execute New Hire orientation. Equip new hires with new materials, assessment codes, and other items as needed
• Support in-person and virtual training events by preparing printed materials and coordinating technology (audio/visual), catering, classroom layout and any tools as needed to conduct a training event in a timely manner.
• Oversee training rooms and all activity including maintaining classroom schedule, inventory and facility work orders (catering, etc) 22
• Provide technical support within the LMS including creating courses and events, pulling reports and rosters and tracking attendance, as needed.
• Execute Training Champion program, assisting employees across Milwaukee
