We are looking for an ambitious and customer-oriented Key Account Manager to drive growth in the Czech market. This role combines strategic account management with business development: building strong customer and partner relationships, identifying new opportunities, and developing sustainable revenue growth.

Your mission

• Develop and manage strategic customer accounts in Czech Republic with focus on Prague and the western and northern regions of Czechia, including the Prague, Central Bohemian, South Bohemian, Plzeň, Karlovy Vary, Ústí nad Labem, Liberec and Hradec Králové regions.

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets and customer segments

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, distributors, and channel contacts

• Create and execute account plans and business-development strategies to achieve sales targets

• Lead commercial discussions, prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals

• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity reporting accurately and proactively

• Coordinate sales activities with the German office, Account Management, Solution Engineering, distributors, and channel partners

• Support partner recruitment, enablement, and joint go-to-market activities where appropriate

• Represent the company at customer meetings, partner events, industry events, and trade shows

• Monitor market developments, customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and support long-term account growth

Your profile

• At least 3–5 years of experience in key account management, business development, B2B sales, or a comparable commercial role within the IT or technology sector

• Proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets

• Experience selling technical products, IT infrastructure, software, storage, networking, cloud, or related technology solutions is highly desirable

• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales approaches

• Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Commercially minded, target-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities independently

• Comfortable working with technical colleagues and able to understand and communicate the business value of technical solutions

• Strong strategic mindset, initiative, and ability to identify market potential

• Fluent Czech and English, both written and spoken

• Friendly, confident, and professional team player with a high level of self-responsibility

• Based in Prague, with a valid driving licence and own vehicle for customer visits throughout the country (compensation package will be presented)
