Resumen de Posición
Operar prensas de transferencia, compresion o de inyeccion para producir componentes para conectores electronicos.
Responsabilidades Esenciales
Operar máquinas de moldeo.
Realizar set up de la máquina de moldeo.
Seleccionar y surtir el material para la orden de produccion.
Seguir la instrucción de trabajo de acuerdo a la actividad a realizar.
Inspeccionar y validar visualmente.
Realizar limpieza de moldes en proceso.
Llenar el reporte de produccion de hora.
Mantener registros de funcionamiento de equipo (Checklists).
Monitorear parametros frecuentemente.
Realizar 6’s en su are de trabajo.
Conocimiento de los indicadores del área de produccion como son calidad, eficiencia, seguridad en envios, asi como dirigir esfuerzos para lograr las metas de la empresa.
Realizar otras actividades afines que se le asignen.
Requisitos del Puesto
EDUCATION: Preparatoria o experiencia equivalente, preferentemente.
EXPERIENCE:
Experiencia mínimo 6 meses
Manejar herramientas manuales tales como barras, tenazas, equipo tal como moldes, máquina de moldeo, precalentadores, manejo de materiales.
Preferentemente.
LANGUAGES: 25% bilingue español – inglés fluido, solo lectura preferentemente.
