Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – CRM & EDI Technology to lead a high-performing team responsible for Salesforce, Icertis, EDI, and enterprise integration capabilities.

This role will provide technology strategy, people leadership, delivery oversight, stakeholder management, and capability development across the CRM and EDI portfolio.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in enterprise technology leadership, CRM, EDI, digital transformation, and team management, along with a passion for innovation, automation, and emerging technologies such as AI and GenAI.

What You Will Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a 15+ member team across Salesforce, Icertis, EDI, and related technology capabilities.
• Own and execute the CRM & EDI technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business and enterprise priorities.
• Provide strategic leadership across technology delivery, operations, governance, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, simplification, and process optimization.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation to improve business value and operational efficiency.
• Establish strong governance around technology roadmap, delivery performance, risks, and priorities.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, collaboration, and capability development.
• Drive innovation and modern technology practices across the CRM and EDI portfolio.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and global stakeholders.

Qualifications You Must Have

• 10+ years of relevant experience in CRM, EDI, enterprise technology, digital transformation, or related areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading and developing large technical teams in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and enterprise EDI/integration capabilities.
• Strong experience in people management, technology delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience driving automation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with Icertis or other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• Experience managing Salesforce, EDI, and integration teams.
• Experience driving AI/GenAI and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise technology portfolios and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong executive presence and experience working with senior leadership.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.

Educational Qualification

• BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech or equivalent degree.
• Typically requires a university degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
