The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the shipment lifecycle. This role acts as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating requests, resolving issues and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries, orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide proactive updates and support for assigned customer accounts.
Coordinate with Operations and internal stakeholders to ensure successful shipment execution.
Resolve routine issues related to shipments, order status, pricing and service requests.
Maintain accurate customer and transaction records in company systems.
Escalate complex issues when required and support continuous service improvement.

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, sales support or a related field.
Experience in logistics, transportation or healthcare services is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
