What will you do as a Digital Marketing Specialist (APAC)?
We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist (APAC) and coordinate with APAC regional marketing manager to unlock further growth in both the 2D and 3D market sectors, including solution businesses.
In this role, to scale our digital growth across the Asia-Pacific region, you will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns tailored to diverse APAC markets and also collaborate with global social teams to maximize reach across cross-channel platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
The Digital Marketing Specialist (APAC) reports directly to the Regional Marketing Manager, who is based in Shanghai, China.
- Manage the Technical Localization: Spearheading the localization of high-intent technical assets for the 2D and 3D portfolios to ensure relevance across China, Korea, and Japan. This includes the development of localized sales-enablement toolkits for our existing accounts.
- Executing Regional Web Operations And Driving SEO/GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives: Supporting localized website maintenance, including regular content updates and tri-lingual (CN, JP and KR) asset localization, monitor the website performances and optimize technical SEO/GEO, especially for the China market. Conduct routine website performance reviews to continuously improve lead generation metrics and landing page conversion rates (CRO).
- Executing Regional APAC Digital Campaigns: Take the ownership of our current digital ecosystems, including online ads banner, owned and paid social media campaigns, such as supporting the company's WeChat official account, WeChat marketing campaigns, WeChat Video, TikTok China, other B2B platforms and SCRM strategies and coordinate for optimization.
- Accelerating Lead Generation: Collaborating closely with the APAC Marketing Manager to optimize the lead generation process and Acting as a growth engine for 2D smart cameras across all of Asia, targeting aggressive lead generation goals that move beyond our current reach.
- Supporting Global Social Media Campaigns: Collaborate closely with the global social media team to coordinate and execute integrated campaigns on global platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Other ad-hoc assignments from regional marketing manager as require.
What do you need to be successful?
- Business degree or diploma in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in high-tech industry required, digital marketing experiences are preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Google documents an asset.
- Familiarity with technical SEO/GEO techniques specific to AI-driven search engine
- Ability to work individually and on self-driven projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English required
