We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers for a high-consistency dry van account. Designed for drivers who want predictable weekly revenue, drop-and-hook efficiency, and guaranteed home time without long-haul delays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL (Trainees accepted)
- Acceptable driving history (maximum 2 preventable incidents)
- No DOT drug/alcohol violations; no commercial DUIs in the past 5 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
Compensation & Financial Incentives
- Base Pay: $0.70 – $0.75 CPM (based on experience)
- Weekly Earnings: $1,600 – $1,700 average
- Annual Potential: $71,000 – $85,000+ per year
- Weekly Mileage: 2,200 – 2,500 miles average
- Settlements: Direct deposit weekly

Freight & Route Overview
- Freight Handling: 100% Dry Van | 100% No-Touch Freight
- Operations: Drop-and-hook on majority of loads; mix of regional and mid-to-long-haul lanes
- Dispatch: Pre-scheduled freight to ensure zero delays between loads
- Hometime: Scheduled weekly 34-to-48-hour reset
Equipment & Driver Comfort
- Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth sleepers
- APU units installed in all trucks for climate control
- Fully maintained fleet prioritizing zero breakdown downtime
- Passenger and pet policy options available
Entry-Level Trainee Program
- Duration: 3–5 weeks with an experienced trainer
- Training Pay: $850 weekly flat rate
- Focus: Practical load management, log compliance, and trip planning before going solo
