THE ROLE
The E-Commerce Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across the e-commerce division, helping ensure product, inventory, launch and store information is accurate, organized and up to date across our portfolio of artist web stores.
The role will work closely with E-Commerce Managers and cross-functional partners to support product set-ups, launch readiness, inventory management, reporting, order-related needs, merchandise transfers and ongoing store maintenance. The Coordinator may also manage a select group of artist stores as needed.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
E-Commerce Operations & Team Support
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to E-Commerce Managers across the company’s portfolio of artist stores.
Coordinate product set-ups and ensure product information, pricing, imagery, inventory and other required details are accurate and complete.
Liaise with vendors, tour representatives, labels and partner warehouses to support the accurate and timely receipt and set-up of merchandise.
Support inventory reviews, purchasing requests, stock reconciliation and merchandise transfers between warehouses, tours and other locations.
Assist with order-related issues and coordinate with fulfillment and customer service partners as needed.
Help identify, track and follow up on outstanding operational needs to keep launches and day-to-day store activity moving forward.
Support the broader e-commerce team during high-volume launches, holiday periods and other key initiatives.
Launch Readiness & QA
Maintain project trackers, Asana tasks and launch checklists to help ensure deadlines, deliverables and follow-ups are documented and completed.
Support pre-launch QA across artist stores, including product details, pricing, imagery, inventory, links and basic store functionality.
Work with E-Commerce Managers and cross-functional teams to identify and follow up on outstanding launch requirements.
Reporting & Data
Assist with recurring e-commerce reporting and data pulls.
Maintain e-commerce trackers and dashboards, helping ensure information is accurate, organized and up to date.
Support the team with ongoing reporting needs and basic performance tracking as needed.
Store Management & Merchandising
Support front- and back-end maintenance and merchandising across artist web stores.
Manage a select portfolio of artist stores as needed, with oversight from E-Commerce Director and Managers.
Build and maintain products, collections, promotions and other store content following e-commerce best practices.
Help keep stores current and aligned with artist branding, release cycles, anniversaries and seasonal initiatives.
Update product positioning and merchandising to maintain a fresh and relevant assortment.
Partner with the marketing team to support email, social and other promotional campaigns.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
2+ years of e-commerce, digital retail, merchandising or related experience; Shopify experience strongly preferred.
Experience with product set-up, order management and/or inventory management.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting and large amounts of product and inventory information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to follow through across multiple internal and external partners.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Ability to provide additional support during key launches and peak business periods as needed.
Experience in music, entertainment, fashion or consumer products is a plus.
Photoshop and basic web design skills are a plus, but not required.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$23.85 USD - $29.81 USD Hourly** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
