Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Experience in Payroll, Finance or Accountancy field or any related experience Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Basic coding knowledge will be an advantage
